It has been years since I took the BLS seminar and it's time for a refresher course :) The Belo Medical Group doctors and nurses are taking a 3 day course for the BLS and ACLS :)

I haven't been blogging in a while because it has been quite busy for me. I went to hongkong last week for a Belo roadshow in Cx city :) I must say that it was a success :)





I was with the branch officer of the Greenhills branch, Vivian, who slept thru the entire flight :)

Off Set

There are days when I would rather stay in bed but this is not one of them. I finally had an off day and I spent it with Mateo, Spa day with some friends and ended it with a nice dinner with boo and booboocles.

I loved the feeling of having time off from work. It gave me time to recharge and refocus on my priorities. Although I do not think that I have finally found the answer to my question, at least I am not as stressed as I was yesterday.

I have been on this crossroad for as long as I can remember. I may not have permanently stayed at the crossroads but I definitely keep on coming back to the same place.

The fear of the unknown definitely scares me. But deep inside I know what I should do. God, please give me the strength.

Until then... I am just here...

Sex and the City 2

This was one of my most awaited films of 2010 and despite of the mixed reviews, I was so excited to watch it :)

Chris and I met up with some friends after work and had dinner before the movie :)



Dinner was at Mesa :)



Dessert was Red Mango :)












The movie was just ok. I think this is the last time that we will see a SATC movie. It just didn't feel the same anymore. Oh well.

Overall I had a fun time :) I am ending this blog with a picture of my little gift from heaven :)

Belofied Number 2

I have been more conscious of my skin eversince I turned 34. So now I have facials more often than I used to (which was once a year).



Rexie: for tenor training. This is here revenge moment on me :) just kidding :)



"New" discovery : Scape plus botanicals cleaning with exfoliant scrub + icemask = surprisingly glowing and fairer skin :)
